BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS:

Mrs. Mullaly--This book may be old, but it is still fun to read! I recommend From The Mixed Up Files of Mrs. Bail E. Frankweiler by E.L. Koningsburg. The main character Claudia decides to run away from home by going to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. She has to bring her younger brother with her (for a reason that you can find out by reading this book!). Once they start living in the museum, they get involved with a mystery and will do anything to solve it. If you like following clues to solve mysteries and books with humor (such as Chasing Vermeer or Regarding the Fountain), then Mixed Up Files is for you! It won a Newberry Award and is a classic must-read! I will warn you, even though this book can be read in the 4th or 5th grade, it isn't a really easy book--the terms and wording can be confusing at times (since it was written a while back). Even so, it is still funny and interesting--I mean, running away and living in a museum? That is timeless! Once you get to the last page, you will finally understand this book's long and strange title! Enjoy! :) mm
PS--I have two copies in my class library--and more if needed.

external image Twilight-twilight-series-36408_334_500.jpgRyan Armendariz--This book is a brand new release that almost everybody knows about, Twilight. This is the first book out of the series and is filled with exciting adventures and some awkward moments. It is written by Stephenie Meyer who has also written New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn. If you aren't into love stories or dramatic vampire scenes then I would suggest not reading this but, if you are, this book will be great! Twilight is about a girl named Bella who meets a mysterious boy who has the most interesting personality that she has ever seen before. He is happy one day, and in the worst possible mood the next. But in time, they get to learn more about each other. Which leads them into getting into some trouble as there relationship progresses. Edward Cullen has a strange secret that you will find out by reading the book. There are some moments in the book that you may have to re-read a few times before you can understand what the author is trying to say, but compared to other the other stories that I have read, this book is the bomb. Although the book is 500 pages long and is time consuming, the book is totally worth a little bit of reading everyday. Please try and consider reading this "love story with a bite." Have fun!

Tori Stamm-- This is an original book that I bet everyone knows, "Diary of A Wimpy Kid." Being a kid in middle school can stink and the author Jeff Kinney definitly agrees, this book is a picture book also including a novel and is only 217 pages but goes by fast. This poor boy in middle school struggles at school and at his very own home, but walks through the school hallways and his eyes could only see the big, muscular, already shaving people surrounding this boy, Greg. Greg, must do anything to survive his whole life with bullies, morons and a mean, strong brother, he has to face every challenge that comes up in his life and survive, so he can live the life in middle school and not have to be all alone with only one friend. This weakling of a boy tries to get the concept of middle school but doesn't get it at all and just has a hard time the whole way through it and thrusts himself into the mean hallways of middle school, I hope you know by now that "Diary of A Wimpy Kid" will make your middle school life seem so much better! ENJOY!

external image lightningthief1.jpgPatty Abel- The book I want to recommend is called "Percy Jackson: The Lightning Thief" by Rick Riordan. Almost everyone has heard of the hugely popular bestseller- there's a reason why. This book is about a kid named Percy Jackson who finds out, after his math teacher turns into a vulture and tries to kill him, that he is the son of Poseidon (a major Greek God of the sea). After losing his mom to a sudden battle with a monster, he finds his way to Camp Half Blood, the only place in the world where all sons and daughters of Gods can live safely. But that's not the end. Soon Percy discovers that Zeus's (God of the sky) master bolt has been stolen and Poseidon is blamed, along with the help of Percy. After being sent on a quest to find the bolt, along with his two friends Grover and Annabeth, Percy is not only in a fight for his life, but for the lives of the Western Civilization that will be destroyed if Zeus declares war with Poseidon. This book is about 375 pages long, but with it's exciting pages filled with adventure, fantasy, and suspense, you can't put it down. Plus, it fills up your reading log! It's pretty easy, but has some confusing parts. If you want to find out if Percy can recover the bolt in time, if he can rescue his mom, and if he can finally meet his father, read this great book! (It's in Mrs. Mullaly's library)

Sonja Giacinto-I am recommending a book called "Maximum Ride:The Angel Experiment." This is a book that is part of a series(this is the first book)called "Maximum Ride." This book is a great page turner, by James Patterson, and it is also a very quick and easy read! This book is about six half human, half bird kids, and they are on a mission to save the world. But it's not that easy, it gets harder; they have to save the world while robots and other creative creations try to kill them! If the flock (The flock is what they call the six kids) dies, the world blows up! So, if you like quick, easy, and adventurous reads, pick up this book and start reading now!

Katie Lewis-You may not have heard of the book Middle School is Worse Than Meatloaf. It is somewhat a girl's perspective of Diary of a Wimpy Kid. The title may be overwhelming, but it's a good read. There's only so many thing that can go wrong in one year, and lots of them happen to 7th grader Ginny Davis' life. Her small dreams go for the worst, someone new comes into her life, a family member goes to military school, and even her best friend turns against her! If you like Diary of a Wimpy Kid, you'll love Middle School is Worse Than Meatloaf. It seems long, but the whole thing is in notes and essays. If you can't read cursive well, however, this book is not for you. But if you can, please enjoy this mixed-up tale!

The Ruby Key
The Ruby Key
Taylor Watanabe-"The Ruby Key" by Holly Lisle is probably the most interesting book I've ever read. Let me tell you about it. The book is based off of an old story. The humans and nightlings are never to meet, but when two kids named Genna and her brother Dan venture into an old forest at night, they encounter a nightling slave who tells them a terrifying secret. Genna's and Dan's village chieftain has made a dangerous deal with Letrin, the ruler of the nightlings, offering the lives of his people in exchange for his own immortality. To save their people, their family, and themselves, Genna and Dan strike their own deal with the nightling lord. Now the siblings have a long and hard journey along the moonroads and they have to bring back the key which leads to Letrin's downfall...........If you like mysteries and interesting books, you got to read "The Ruby Key". It is fantastic!

Alexander Kiflom - Your using a computer now so I do not understand why you can not search the books. So right now I am re-reading the ice fire book series by chris d'lacey and they are amazing.from my position this series is better than the twilight series. Because if you look at the cover you see parts of a dragons face. You may think it is about dragons but no its not for the firt one and a half books. the first book is the fire within. Its about a young boy late teens looking to find a room to rent in his home state of massachusetts. And then a lady named liz who sculpded dragons said ok but in a different way i dont wanna spoil it because that beggining part is an important part for half of the book.all the other books are to exciting to hear about and books are for reading not hearing, not unless you cant see. But I will recomend these books for anyone. Not alot of drama and sense of humor wich also comes with the action. read the series!

Kaitlyn Hughes- The book that I recommend is the first story in the book "Kissed by an Angel." I am almost done with this book and it is so good its hard to put down. This story isn't easy to read although it is not difficult to read. I recommend this book for people who like love stories. In this book something tragic happens to the main character Ivy,but you will have to read it to find out how she handles this situation! Don't judge this book without reading it,the book looks really long but really it is three books in one, each book is about two-hundred pages long so don't be overwhelmed. When you first read this book if you decide to, it will sound a little weird but you have to really get into it like alot of other books.

Kelsey Hughes---The book that i recommend is called''The accidental Cheerleader.'' Even though it may seem easy because it is it's a really good book that you could just enjoy during your free time. This is the book that I just finished reading. It's about to girls named Sophie and Kyilie. They are very different. Sophie is kind of shy and less popular and Kyilie is just all into fashion, makeup etc. Soon Kyilie wants to try out for the cheerleading team. Now I have said to much already. You will have to read the book to find more out. As you can see this is definetly a girl book and it is the series of ''Candy Apple.'' If you read this story I hope you will enjoy just as much as I did.

Grant Hayden- My book recommendation is Harry Potter & the Sorcer Stone,I recommend this book because it is a '' I can't stop reading'' kind of book that is so action pact & interesting. But I must warn you it has some spells that are pretty hard to read. I recommend this book to students who like sci-fi, fiction-adventures books.I don't want to spoil it for you, but the book is better than the movie.I hope you enjoy reading it.
external image crooked-kind-of-perfect.jpg
Katelyn Henderson-I recommend the book A Crooked Kind of Perfect. Linda Urban knows what it takes to make a book seem very true. This 210 page book might look easy, but takes some time. If you are the type of person that can't put a good book down, this is one that would do that for you. It describes a teenage girl that dreams of playing the piano, but ends up playing a not so popular instrument. There are many problems that she must overcome, and manages to overcome almost all of them. So, if this seems like the right book for you, go and pick it up, and never put it down:)

external image %7B38E56897-7AFF-40E1-A4E7-95F3551254A1%7DImg100.jpgThis book Charlotte's Web by E.B White is the best book you can ever read it's mostly about a girl named Fern and she had woken up one morning and she had asked her mother were her dad was and her mother told her that he was going to kill a new born pig also called a runt so she sighed and ran outside before her father would kill it so then she said "WAIT DON'T KILL IT!!" and the father I have to then Fern said I'll keep it so then her father thought about it and he said that the only way she was going to keep it is by feeding giving it a bath..etc.. so she got the pig and took it inside to give it some milk.So then a few days later her father said that shes going to have to give up her uncle so he would keep it in his farm. So then well he's at that barn he finds friend called Charlotte which is a spider and they would be friends forever!! P.S. I didn't really finish talking about Charlotte but i didn't write a lot either!! Hopefully you have a chance to read this book! ←Juli£ Garcia Mardueno→

external image 51VDBR6208L._SL500_.jpgStacie Moore-I recommend the book The Doll People by Ann M.Martain and Laura Godwin. This book happens to be the first book of the short series. The main characters are Annabelle Doll And Tiffany Funcraft and they know when it is time to be serious and time to have fun. This books takes you on a journey with the two main characters to find Annabelle's Aunt who has been missing for about a century now. These two girls run into problems that cause you to never put the book down. When I first saw how easy the book was and only had 256 pages I would of never read it until a couple of people told me that it was a great book, so I tried it and it was great! So if you are into adventurous books then try The Doll People today!

Stacey South- For those who like suspense and mystery novels with a pinch of romance, The Face on the Milk Carton is a great book for you! It's written by Caroline B. Cooney and is only 184 pages, but has a really small font so it seems a lot longer. So.. here is a little summary of the book, but without spoiling anything: It was just an ordinary day at school, while Janie Johnson was sitting in the cafeteria during lunch sipping her milk. No one ever really paid attention to the faces of the missing children on the milk carton. But, as Janie glanced at the milk carton so see the face of an ordinary little girl with her hair in pigtails, wearing a dress with a narrow white collar (a three-year-old who had been kidnapped tweleve years before in a shopping mall in New Jersey) she recognized the little girl, it was her! Read on as the mystery unfolds. Are Mr. and Mrs. Johnson really Janie's parents? And if not, who is Janie Johnson, and what really happened? I very much encourge all of you guys reading this to read The Face on the Milk Carton. Its one of my favorite books and is easy to read since its one of those "Can't stop reading it" kind of books. I hope you guys will give it a shot!

If you're a person who likes suspense and books that are all about mysteries, The Miserable Mill---from The Series of Unfortunate Events---might be your greatest experience yet! This masterpiece is written by Lemony Snicket. The series is about the many misfortunes of the Baudelaire children [Violet, Klaus, and Sunny] which all starts when their parents die in a raging fire! The children are left in the hands of a family friend who intends to steal their family fortune, and who never has any time to take care of them and just sends them off to a relative. But in every house they are sent to, the kids experience terrible things. The man behind every suspicion is an evil man named Count Olaf---who will do anything, even kill, for the Baudelaire's fortune. The Miserable Mill, book number 4, might be the unhappiest of all! The children are sent to a town called Paltryville to work in a lumbermill where they find disaster lurking behind every log. This series of books is probably my favorite. I'll leave the rest for you to find out. I hope you choose to read this book. -Neil Aoun

The book i read is called Devon Delaney Should Totally Know Better. ( this is the second book so you should read this one second )It is a great book about a girl named Devon who has just gone through a huge lie after telling her new friend Lexi over the summer that she was going out with the hottest guy at her school Jared. And after that she never wanted to lie again. But when we relax a little we are doomed to repeat our mistakes, and thats exactly wat Devon is doing. Because before she knows it she is telling everyone that she has had an ex-boyfriend, Greg, all beacause she doesnt want her boyfriend Luke to think shes not cool for having only one boyfriend in middle school. This is a great book about a simple "misunderstanding" getting way out of control, i hope will read my book and enjoy it as much as i did. - Mia Thompson

Danny Brogden—The book I am recommending is part of an awesome series. The title is The Battle of the Labyrinth by Rick Riordan. It is about a boy named Percy who is 14 years old. There is one special thing about Percy. He is the son of an ancient Greek god. In this novel, Percy needs to keep the gods from having a war between them and the evil Titan Kronos. If you have read The Lightning Thief and the next two books and liked them, this is the book for you!!! This novel is praised by the “School Library Journal” and many others. This is a GREAT read. ENJOY!!! ;)

external image 9780515101232.jpg If you like mysteries and cats, then you'll like The Cat Who Went Underground. This book is a part of The Cat Who series and is written by Lillian Jackson Braun. In this installment of the series, carpenters are dying left and right and Qwilleren ,an award winning reporter and heir to the Klingenshoen money, is the prime suspect! In order to prove his innocence, he needs help form his ESP cats Koko and Yum yum. But, before you read you should know that this is a hard book and you don't have to read one in the series before this one, but it would help. -Nicholas Bail

Charlotte Vermeersch- I read Sammy Keyes and the Hollywood Mummy by Wendelin Van Draanen, this is an excellent mystery book. I just can believe that someone would kill a lady with sleeping pills and smash her head against the walls of a hotel, wow, but my favorite part is…. ummm well I like the parts where it just gets so intense, so much detail, the pages basically fly by, it’s like your there. The author is just so…. WOW… you know you cant believe someone could write like that and the way she words it is just perfect, you always understand it no matter how weird the dialogue is. In other words Sammy Keyes and the Hollywood Mummy was amazing and Wendelin Van Draanen is a fantabulous writer. I REALLY recommend this book.

external image inkheart.jpg
Jamie Algea- My recommendation is my favorite book, Inkheart .This fictional story, written by Cornelia Funke, takes you on a magical journey through castles, mysterious creatures and an exciting adventure. In this book, a girl named Meggie finds out that her father, Mo, was able to read things out of books. After a character from the book Inkheart , Dustfinger, comes to Meggie's house to beg Mo to get read back into the book, nothing but trouble happens. When the leader of the characters from Inkheart called Capricorn finds out Mo's ability, he wants to find Mo and have him read out treasures and valuble things. When searching for Mo, his henchmen run into Meggie doing what seems unbelievable. So they take her instead.Of course, Mo comes seaching for her bringing along their Aunt Elinor. Read this enjoyable book to find out how Meggie, Mo and their Aunt Elinor escape from Capricorn's castle. If you enjoy fictional books, Inkheart is the perfect book
for you.

Dylan Wien--Do you like action? If so, then I recommend that you read World War II Heroes , which is an action-packed and amazing historical non-fiction book written by Allan Zullo. It is full of heroes that risked their lives for the freedom of our country. The heroes are people like Commander Lawson "Red" Ramage and Captain Matt Urban. From flying blind to secret messages that could only be read from the air, this book has it all. In the first story, a man stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, risks his life to shoot down attacking Japanese fighters and protect the lives of his fellow comrades. In another story, a man commanding his squadron keeps being shot by German machine guns, rifles, and tanks, but each time he goes to the hospital, he either shakes it off, or sneaks out of the hospital and goes back to where the battle is happening and commands his men again. These are just two examples of the ten action-packed stories that happen in this book. The book is only 146 pages long, and not too hard to read. These are my reasons for recommending this great book.

Makenna Mclain- I read hatchet by Gary Paulson. It was an exciting book. This book is about this kid named Brian Robenson. He goes on a trip to visit his dad in Canada. Then everythig got worse. His pilote had a heart attack in the plane. So Brian had to fly the plane, but he doesnt know how to land it. So he either has to jump out or crash the plane into a body of water. (But you'll have to read the book. Once he's on land he has to find shelter, food, etc. in the wilderness. Will he find food and shelter? Will he survive? Find out now! (please..) soooo.... R you going to read the book? well.... I Makenna Mclain rcommend this book!!!!!

Then he meets a bunch of challenges and he has to survive and then Brian finds out a secret but i cant tell you i hope you.......ENJOY THIS BOOK

Sam Finney-- These adventurous and strange book are one that most people read, this seres is called Animorphis...These made up books tell stories about kids lives that change into nightmares, these kid are turning into animals or strange aliens and bugs! Most books start out like " my name is _ and I can morph..." stuff like that. these kids go through everyday situations while trying to hide their unforgiving identity. In one of the books a girl named Anna morphs into an eagle and tries to help her friend. These books contain 70 to 90 pages and are really fun to read. They are about 5th grade level but are still entertaining books. If you like action and adventurous books then Animorphis is a good book for you! TRUST ME, you will LOVE Animorphis books!

external image night_journey.jpg
external image night_journey.jpg

Jacob Wilbanks- I recommend a book called The Night Journey by Kathryn Lasky. It is a National Jewish Book Awards Winner. The story is about a great grandma called Nana Sashie telling her story about how she escaped Russia to her granddaughter Rachel. This book is one of a kind. It is 151 pages long. It did not take a long time to read because once I started I couldn't stop. The grade level of this book is 5th to 6th grade. There are confusing names and it switches back from modern time to when Sashie was a little girl. But I loved how Rachel learned more about her Jewish heritage. Now go out there and read this book that will take you back in time.

Wyatt Wiens--I don't think this book is very commonly read, but, I really enjoyed it. It's called RED WALL. It's written by Brian Jacques. It's the first book of a rather long series. It's got 351 pages in it, and I think that it was the best 351 pages i've ever read. It doesn't seem that long, but it takes a while to read all of it. I like it so much, I've read it a couple of times. The book is about a "kingdom" or castle of a bunch of happy, peaceful, pacifist forest animals who all live together in a peaceful little part of the woods called "Mossflower Wood". When all of a sudden, they see a cloud of dust coming down the road, when the dust clears, they see that it's a giant wagon full of a n extremely large army of rats. The Red Wallers are forced to fight back to survive. It's a very good optimistic story that teaches, no matter what, don't give up, always be happy, thankful, and stand up for what you think is right. Sometimes the book can be very confusing because some of the words are old and not commonly used, the names of some animals are pretty wierd, and the sparrows have a wierd language wich is a little bit like broken english. If you like books that get you hooked and you can't look away, I strongly recommend this one. --Wyatt Wiens

external image how.jpgsara kurain- I recommend the book How to Steal a Dog :a novel which is by Barbara O'Conner. This book is about a girl named Georgina Hayes. Ever since her father left, her mom, brother, and herself got takened away from their apartment because they couldn't afford it. Georgina's family has been living in their car ever since they lost their home. Her mom has been struggling with two jobs to make enough money to buy a real house. One night when Georgina sat in her car she notices a sign on a pole. It was about a missing dog. She notice that on the very bottom of the paper it said reward.......$500. Then she thinks that the dog was already found because the paper was all wrinkled and old, but Georgina had an idea. She thought,: what if I found a dog and steal it, and make sure it has an owner who loves their dog and would pay a good fortune as a reward if it went lost. That is when her journey begins. Like the book said......."Georgina Hayes may be homeless, but she's not hopeless.” By the way, this is not just a girls book, guys can read this too.

Hannah Ferguson- I recommend the book Jade Green: A Ghost Story. This book is written by Pyllis Reynolds Naylor. You might know her from her well known book Shiloh. It is about a girl who moves to live with her uncle in a mysterious masion like home. You are not allowed to bring anything green into the house, but she sneaks one picture with a green frame into the house and everything becomes crazy! Really odd things start happening to her.You will have to read the book to find out, of course. Other than that, she finds the love of her life and starts to work at a hat shop some of the time. I would not want to be trapped in this horror story waiting to happen. A great quick read for your reading log. It has 174 pages. This book is sort of scary, so I don't advice you to read it late at night. This book sounds like it could be real so it is not like really fake. I absolutely love this book and you will probably like it, too. Read the book... if you dare.

Sara Walls- The book that I am recomending is The Black Stallion Mystery by Walter Fartley. If you are the kind of person who loves horses and mysteries, then this book is perfect for you. The main characters of the book are Alec Ramsay and Henry Dailey. Alec is the rider of the Black, a young, handsome, lighting fast horse. He was the result of years of careful breeding, the only problem was that he is savage! The Black's real name is Shetan, but that is in Arabia. This book is perfect for 6th grades because it isn't very long. But you should be aware of the confusing Arabian names ( they are really hard to remember!)
But if there is anything that you should know about this book, is that Alec and Alec only can ride the Black. That is because Alec saved the Black's life. This is a great book that I think anyone would like! Enjoy!

Freak the Mighty by Rodman Philbrick: Book Cover
Freak the Mighty by Rodman Philbrick: Book Cover

Ashley Lawrence - I am recommending the book, Freak the Mighty, by Rodman Philbrick. Mighty lives with his grandparents. His mother died and his father is in jail. When his dad is released on parole everything goes bad. Freak lives with his mom, his dad left them when he was born. After Freak goes to the hospital a couple of times, his mom, Mighty and Mighty's grandparents start to get worried. Mighty is Freaks' legs and Freak is Mighty's brain. If you like a heart stopping book, then this is the book for you.

Alexis Oberg- I would like to recommend the book Tale of Desperaux by Kate DiCamillo. It is an easy book but it is a good one to read when you need a break. This story is about a mouse, a princess, some soup, and a spool of thread. The mouse is named Desperaux, he falls in love with a Princess; it is against the rules of the mice to talk to humans but he talks to the Princess anyways. In this story you will read about the trials that Desperaux goes through. This is a book that I've loved since 3rd grade! I think you'd love it too!!

Lauren Morgan- The book that I would like to recommend is The Long Winter by Laura Wilder. The Long Winter is a good book because it's interesting, suspensful, and just a good story. It is about 300 pages or more, but it isn't hard at all. It's interesting because there was a long blizzard for seven mounths and, since there was snow everywhere, the trains couldn't come to their town (this story is old). So, since no trains are coming to their town, they don't have any food. And, in the story, they almost die from starvation. You should read this book in December!

external image long-winter.jpg

Brittan y Zimmer- The book I recommend is The Tale of Desperauxe. It is a good book and it may be an easy book to some people but it could be a hard book to some. The book is about a mouse, a princess, a bowl of soup, and a spool of thread. The mouse talks to the Princess Pea but that is against the mice laws. The mice find out that Desperauxe was talking to the princess and he gets in trouble. I am not going to tell you anymore but if you want to find out more you can read the book yourself. That is the book I recommend

.
external image tale%20of%20Despereaux.jpg

Andrew Desai - The book that I recommend is Wizard's First Rule by Terry Goodkind. This amazing book is full of adventure, action, and romance. A wood's guide who's name is Richard Cypher finds a mysterious woman who is being attacked by four soldiers and when he saves her, his life is never the same. He is named the Seeker of Truth by the Great Wizard Zeddicus Zul Zorander, destined to defeat the greatest evil in the land Lord Darken Rahl. With an ending that will shock you to the core this is an amazing book that you just can't put down. Though 873 pages long it's definitely worth it, much of it can be confusing but at the end the puzzle comes together. The Legend of The Seeker series awaits. Happy reading!
external image wizards_first_rule_new.jpg

John Ponce - The book that I recommend is Heat by Mike Lupica. Heat is about a boy that loves the game of baseball. He is an awesome player with an awesome arm. His name is Michael Arroyo; he is 12 years old. He is a refugee from Cuba. The story takes place in the Bronx; just outside the gates of Yankee Staduim. His biggest dream is to play on the field at Yankee Stadium. Michael endures quite a bit of lifes lessons along the way but is determined to make his dream come true. Michael knows that in order to make his dream come true he must first play in the Little League World Series. Will Michael's dream come true? You will have pick up a copy of the book and find out for yourself. Moms, dads and coaches alike will be gripped to the last page of this fantastic novel. It has 220 pages to be exact. Go Clippers!

≈isaac √ibanco≈The book that i recommend is a book called Tale Of Despereaux By Katie dicamillo it is one of my favorite books its a story about a mouse that is different than the other ones. He was born with really big ears and with his eyes open his mother named him Despereax wich means "sadness" in french . they didnt think he would live for that long because hr was so small but this little mouse becomes a hero over a gigantic kingdom and he also finds himself falling in love with a human and that human is the kings daughter the princess and alot of other crazy things happen in this book but if you want to know what they are READ THE BOOK!!
Davina Reyes-I'm recommending the book " The Diary of a Wimpy Kid, The Last Straw!" I recommend this book for people that like funny and random books. This book is a easy book to read and you will love it! The characters are Gregory,Manny,Rodrick, and their parents. The intro. is about how Gregory is trying to find a goal to accomplish for the new year, but doesn't know what to do.So finally he find out what he was going to do. He was going to help his family on their goals. But trouble happens when his older brother Rodrick messes with him and so Gregory just gives up! But that's just the intro. so theirs more random stuff going on in that book. So that's the book i recommend.
Tiana Fukushima- I recommand the book "The Apprentice" a really good book if you like action and adventure book is about a 12 almost 13 year old boy who is the seventh son of all needs to find a job which is hard because all his other brothers took most of the jobs so all he can do is be an apprentice to a spook (you will find out what a spook is when you read the the book goes on you'll find out that he doesn't really like his job but what can do his dad forced him to take it. I haven't finished the book completely but so far i really like it, i hope you enjoy it as much as i do when you read it.

David Gonzalez-I recommend a book called 8th Grade Bites by Heather Brewer. The book is about a boy named Vladimir or Vlad for short.Vlad loses his parents at a young age in a fire obviously he wasn't in the fire and I'm not telling you how it starts. Vlad has a lot of problems like bullies and his best friend has got it good with the girls and sometimes he would ditch him to go with them. But a mysterious disappearance of a teacher and the weird new teacher that teaches crazy subjects but... he turns out to be a someone important to Vlad.

Katherine Labosky- The book that I am recomending is The Penderwicks .This story is about four Penderwick sisters who find themselves staying on a estate called Arundel for their Summer holidays, they can't wait to explore many the wonderful sprawling grounds. And even more wonderful is Jeffrey, the son of Arundel's owner. But Jeffrey's mother is less than thrilled with the Penderwick sisters and warns the new friends to stay out of trouble. which of course they will... won't they? This book is a pretty easy reading book and has gotten a national book award.Jeanne Birdsall's work is outstanding in this adventurous edge of your seat classic I'm sure this book will be right for you.(this book also has a sequel so if you enjoyed The Penderwicks you will love The Pendericks on Gardem Street .)

Rohan Ramakrishnan-The book I recommended is in a series called the adventure series abot 4 kids where anywhere they go they end up going onan adventure trying to thwart madmens plans! The book's name is The Circus of Adventure I gave you enough information on the series for you to determine the storyline{or so u think}

Dayja Rowden--My book recommendation is on the book Hatchet. Hatchet is about a boy flying in his plane to go see his dad in Canada. While him and the pilot are traveling, the pilot has a heart attack! Brian, the boy, is left alone with a dead pilot and he has to land the plane by himself. Brian ends up crashing the plane in a lake. Brian has to learn how to take survive in the woods by himself.

Peter King--The book I'm reading is called the Fourth Grade Fuss. The author of this book's name Andy Hammond. Yard sales, ice-skating, and surprise parties are just a few of the things that make fourth grade fun. But Julio and his friends know it's time to get serious when the class begins preparing for the big statewide test at the end of the year. There are some difficult words (arthritis, negotiable, etc.). Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing is the best comparison because random things happen like in the Fourth Grade Fuss when Julio and his friend have a garage sale and instead of selling old toys etc. they end up selling pizza.

Sofia Mendoza--I would want people to read this book. This book is called "the bad beginning." This book is amazing. I think people that are into mysteries should totally read this book. I think that if you start off with this book you so totally read all of the chapters and books.

Frankie Reulman--The book I am recommending is called kickoff. This book is about two kids who love to play football, but have to get through the dreaded days of middle school. So they join the football team. And you will have to read the book to find out the rest. This book is exciting and is only a 155 page book and is a great book to read. I hope you agree with me. Authors--Tiki Barber and Ronde Barber.
